Welcome to Ensake Software Service Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our loyalty mobile application and related services (the "App"), which allow individual users ("you" or "customers") to earn and track loyalty points, discounts, and gifts from participating merchants.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering or using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and can legally enter into this agreement.

User Account

To access loyalty features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information,
• Keep your login details secure, and
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Participating merchants, only as needed to verify your transactions and reward eligibility,
• Service providers, who help us operate the App securely,
• Authorities, when required to comply with Nigerian law.

Loyalty Program Features

Through the App, you can:

• Earn rewards (points, gifts and discounts) by making purchases from participating merchants,
• Redeem rewards by meeting the eligibility conditions,
• View your transaction and reward history,
• All reward schemes are subject to the terms set by each merchant and may vary.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or game the point system,
• Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities,
• Disrupt or damage our systems or other users' experiences.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology used in the App is owned by Ensake Software Services Limited or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the services. You may also close your account at any time via the App or by contacting support.

Disclaimer

We provide the App "as is" without any guarantees. We are not responsible for:

• Availability or accuracy of points or offers,
• Actions of third-party merchants,
• Losses due to unauthorized account access.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via the App or email.
